Laura’s Vegan Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Laura was so kind to share this recipe. Cranberry sauce adds a pop of color and a spectacular delight for your holiday table.

24 ounces of fresh cranberries

2 cups of sugar (Here is a list of bone char free vegan sugar companies:

2 navel oranges (Zest the two oranges and gather the juice from both oranges. Don’t forget to remove any seeds.

6″ x 6″ glass dish

Place juice from oranges and sugar in a pan on medium-high heat until and whisk until you it begins to boil. Next, add the cranberries. Stir for about 10 to 15 minutes until they begin to open up and get mushy or soft. It will reduce down. Use a scoop or slotted spoon (as shown), to get the cranberries

out of the sauce. While the cranberry sauce is piping hot add orange zest and blend. Let sit until room temperature. Transfer to a glass bowl and refrigerate and enjoy.
