The Chef at the Modern Café developed this amazing salad that is perfect for the holidays. This is a simple recipe with pops of colorful flavor. 

Spinach Pomegranate Salad

Lightly unite the following together in a large bowl.

  • 2 over flowing cups of baby organic spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 orange slices or an apple 
  • 1/2 cup slivered toasted almonds
  • 1/3 cup of Braggs Organic Pomegranate Vinagrette

Toasted almond slivers
