Vegan Artichoke Spinach Dip
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Add the following to a food processor with a chopping blade.
14 oz. artichoke hearts drained
3 oz. of baby spinach
Let the processor run for about 20 seconds to chop the artichoke hearts and spinach.
Then add the rest of the ingredients.
1/2 cup of Follow Your Heart Vegenaise
1 cup of Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds
8 finely chopped Green Onions
8 drops of Tabasco sauce
½ cup of Follow Your Hear Vegan Parmesan
Blend all ingredients in food processor for about 30 seconds.
Then pour into pie pan to cook. Bake uncovered for 40 to 50 minutes and bubbly.
Serve with toasted French Bread or crisps.
